Avay is not a support line
Avay is your travel assistant for the trip itself: flights, hotels, directions and plans. Questions about billing, your account or the Getavay service should go to the email above, not to Avay.

If you are in an emergency while traveling, contact local emergency services first. Avay cannot call for help on your behalf.
